What should I do if my item arrived defective?
    We strive to offer you high-quality items, but once in a blue moon, something slips by that is not up to our standards. We’re so sorry that your item arrived in less-than-perfect condition! I have multiple charges on my credit card! What should I do?
When you run into errors during checkout (incorrect billing address, incorrect security code, etc.), your bank may place a pending charge on your account for that purchase attempt.  These charges help the bank keep track of attempted transactions on the card.  Usually, pending charges are removed from your account in about 3-5 business days, or as soon as your bank updates its information. Rest assured that Bestoffers360 won’t accept payments unless an order has actually been placed with us. We decline your transaction as soon as we see a billing error.  Even if the bank shows that a “charge” went through, no money actually changes hands.  Please contact your bank or credit card company for more information.  We’ll be happy to supply any verification or documentation they may require to remove the hold on your funds. How long does it take for my order to ship and arrive?
    We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping days. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, you can always contact Customer Care for help in choosing the right shipping method to get it there on time! Once your order is shipped, your transit time will vary depending on your shipping option, destination country, and the customs process for your country. Please see more details below. There are times when a package is marked as deliverable by the shipping method after the order leaves our warehouse. In these situations, the package will be returned back to us. When our team receives “Return To Sender” packages, our team will automatically refund your original form of payment!
